Hi, I’m Helen

I am the crazy crafter behind Love From Helen. Teacher by day, creator by night.

Established in 2022, Love From Helen was born out of my love for creating and making gifts for the people I love.

I am a mum of 2 awesome young men and wife to, perfect for me “Mr. Love From Helen”, who take my crazy ideas and turns them into reality. For as long as I can remember, I have loved making and creating. As I grew, I would add to my creative hobbies and began making gifts and goodies for friends and family. Being a teacher is an incredibly rewarding but hectic and stressful job, creating and crafting has been my escape and a way to give myself the space to reset and rest. Inspired by watching my students struggle to locate their bags at school, (working at a Private School means that all the bags look exactly the same) I created personalised bag tags for their end of year/Christmas gifts. Everyone was really excited about them and Love From Helen grew from there.

So much thought goes into creating the right pieces to bring to you. We are always adding new items and new ranges. If you there is something that you would like but can’t find, we would love to hear from you.

Refunds and Returns

Should you need to change any details with regards to your order, please get in contact with us ASAP to see if it is possible, as once your order has been processed and in production, we are unable to make any further changes to your order.

Unfortunately, as each order is personalised we cannot resell it or simply put it back into stock. If we have not yet started to process your order, it may be possible to cancel your order.

We encourage you to always double check all information and spelling entered with your order before processing through to the checkout.

Exchanges

Love From Helen will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If any item is damaged on arrival, please email us at info@lovefromhelen.com.au with your order number and a picture of the damaged item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will only be provided if items are defective, as per Australian Law. They will not be provided for change of mind or dislike of the product. Once the item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If the refund has has been approved, it will be processed within 24 hours.
